Who We Are

Pippo LLC was established in 2025 as an extension of MRT design focusing on residential and retail interiors. Combining design and construction management, we are able to ensure delivery of a successful project by being actively involved in every part of the process. Through PHIUS (aka Passive House Institute US) we are a Certified Passive House Consultant that can help home owners with passive building design and energy modeling for new construction or retrofits and achieve a comfortable, resilient, and low energy consumption environment. We are located in Seattle, WA and able to service clients throughout North America.
