Update: Recent Project in Bellevue

Want to give an overview of a recent project we are working on in Bellevue, Washington (part of the Seattle greater metropolitan area). The client bought the property a few months before we were brought onboard to change up part of the interior. They bought the property for its large lot, modern architectural design and location. However, the interior was bit of an afterthought and is very kind of bland. Together we identified a few locations to do what was a relatively quick targeted renovation to improve the house. Those places are: the kitchen, stairs, living room and the fireplace divider wall between the living + dining room. Below was the house’s interior when the client got the keys to the house.

Besides functional requirements, the client loved the color green and wanted a interior with more personality. We suggested adding more diverse palette of material use in the house and together decided to update the cabinetry by changing the doors and leaving the overall structure in place.

We were able to generated renderings of different versions of designs for the kitchen island, cabinet colors + configuration and living room wall panels. This enables the client to make decisions with the confidence on how it will look in the space. After looking at stone and cabinet hardware selection with the client, we were able to integrate those selection into our renderings. Currently construction is ongoing and we expect the renovation to be done by March of 2026.
